general information
- Rose Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn is located in a SAFE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD.
- Rose Manor Bed and Breakfast is a NON-SMOKING INN.
- Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Late arrival by special arrangement only.
- Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Rates include a hearty continental breakfast.
- All guest rooms include: private bath (shower), standard closet, and 32" flat-screen TV.
- Main entrance accessible via steps or ramp.
- Upstairs rooms accessible by inside stairs only. No elevator.
- Two guests per room maximum (except Guest Room 5/Family Suite which has a maximum of 4 guests).
- A minimum of 3 nights is required except for special events where a minimum of 4 nights is required.
- Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- No pets.
cancellation
- Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and a further 20% if they cancel 14 days before arrival.
no show policy
- No show guests will be charged the total price.
prepayment
- Guests will be charged a prepayment of 50% at the time of reservation and a further 20% of the total price 14 days before arrival.
